Some random thoughts
There's a really good reason why I haven't written much lately. But let me try to get up to speed with things:
- I'm kind of glad that the Big 12 didn't implode after Nebraska and Colorado left. However, I'm wondering if the Big 10 and Big 12 have to switch monikers now?
- I still think Bucky would win in a fight with that Nebraska Husker guy.
- I failed to mention this elsewhere, but I'm saddened over the passing of Dana Key (the other half of DeGarmo and Key). Those two, along with Larry Norman, Keith Green, Stryper and Rez Band, were five Christian rock acts of the 1980's that I wish I would have had the opportunity to see in concert. It's almost eerie that I had just picked up a digital copy of Communication the week before he died.
- My apologies to my cousins and other family that live up there, but dear Lord, there is nothing up in Merrill, Wisconsin! It reminds me of the rural parts of Middle Tennessee - mainly, Sumner County. Except there's no Nashville less than an hour away.
